Youth Ultimate in Los Angeles

This offseason, the Los Angeles Aviators are committed to growing youth ultimate in Los Angeles.  We hosted a youth clinic for all ages and had a great time teaching new players the fundamentals and giving experienced players some great one-on-one instruction.  We were happy to have 3 Aviators (Simon Evans, Jacob Baumer, Joe Forbes) as as well as our coach Franklin Rho out there to teach the next generation of Ultimate players in LA.  We gave out 2 “spirit” awards of signed discs to the youngest attendee (8) and to a player who called himself out on what would be a game winning score.  The Kids really embraced “spirit of the game” and loved seeing 6’7″ Jacob Baumer in person!  Thanks to all the parents and kids who came out, and we can’t wait for the next one!
