We are proud to announce that Franklin Rho has signed on to be the head coach for the 2015 Aviators season! Franklin’s Ultimate history dates back to his playing days in high school and at the College of William and Mary, where he played all four seasons and captained his final year in college. He went on to play the Elite national level with various club teams throughout Washington DC, New York, New Jersey and Los Angeles. In 2006, he joined his wife Tracy in coaching the University of Southern California woman’s Ultimate team, the Hellions of Troy. In 2009 he helped lead the team to their first Nationals appearance followed by a Southwest Regional championship the following year. After a two year absence from coaching, Franklin returned to the sidelines to coach the elite club team Los Angeles Renegade in 2013. Off the Ultimate field, Franklin is a writer-director currently working in television. He graduated from the directing program at the American Film Institute and currently resides in Glendale with Tracy and daughter Sienna. The Aviators are so excited to have Franklin leading your team as a part of a winning organization in 2015.
